This year 4 members of #Refrica have participated in the XVII International Course on Meat Products Technology held in Monells (Girona). Organized by the Institut de Recerca i Tecnologies Agrolimentàries – #IRTA.
This training is characterized by its practical approach and is aimed at technologists in the meat sector, as well as professionals from other food specialties, who wish to acquire comprehensive training in the meat chain, from obtaining and quality of raw material, to the preparation and packaging of meat products.
