Over the last decade we have incorporated magnetic levitation compressors into our clients’ facilities.
In order to obtain authorization, Refrica had to undergo an exhaustive evaluation carried out by the personnel of the American Danfos Turbocor.
In this evaluation, the trajectory of the company, the latest installations carried out and the qualification of our staff were assessed.
Our technicians did a stage in Tallahassee (Florida) to train at the same Danfos Turbocor facilities.
The main advantage of these compressors is their magnetic bearings. By not needing lubrication, installations are simplified, being able to do without oil control components.
Not needing oil represents a great advance, since this reduces the transmission capacity of the refrigerants. Magnetic bearings also offer higher efficiency and low noise in a confined space.
This high efficiency together with the zero degradation during its useful life, make magnetic bearings a leading technology.
