Refrica and Fritecno implement a new item identification system for greater efficiency
In our effort to provide the best possible service to our customers, we at Refrica are implementing a new item identification system for all the facilities we manage. This system will allow our technicians to scan the code of each item using a tablet, accessing crucial information such as the material it is made of, the spare parts needed in case of breakdown or the consultation of the corresponding refrigeration diagram.
Advantages of the new item identification system:
- Greater efficiency in the management of spare parts: Technicians will be able to request the necessary spare parts directly from the tablet, immediately associating them with the work order in progress. This will speed up the repair process and minimize waiting times.
- Better control of the inventory: The system will allow a comprehensive monitoring of all the items that make up the facilities, facilitating the management of the inventory and avoiding possible stock outages.
- Accurate and up-to-date information: Technicians will have access to accurate and up-to-date information on each item, including the material it is made of, the corresponding refrigeration diagram and possible spare parts needed.
